Mr. Woodrow is responsible for guiding the strategic vision of the company and he oversees the global development of its brand and franchise. He has financed and produced numerous notable feature films including the box office successes "Black Mass" and "Hacksaw Ridge" as well as the critically acclaimed hit "Birdman." Mr. Woodrow’s films have grossed in excess of $700 million worldwide and been nominated for 16 Academy Awards® and won 6 Oscars® including Best Picture.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Ivers is responsible for day-to-day operations of the company and he oversees the execution of its strategic plan. He is the former COO and CFO at Participant Media, where he negotiated investments in over 70 films, including Academy Award winners “Spotlight,” “Lincoln” and “The Help,” along with investments in other media companies including Summit Entertainment. Mr. Ivers was previously a senior executive at MGM/UA Home Entertainment, Motion Picture Corporation of America and Orion Pictures.

Mr. Johnston is responsible for implementing global strategic initiatives for the company and he works closely with the office of the CEO. He served as EVP and Managing Director at Vendian Entertainment and VP of Business Development at Worldview Entertainment. Mr. Johnston has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry as a transactional attorney and investment manager. He holds a J.D./M.B.A. and a B.S. in Biology from Samford University.

Ms. Rutland is responsible for global business development strategies for the company and she plays a key role in capital raising efforts. She has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry including content acquisition and valuation, raising capital, film finance, sales and distribution. Ms. Rutland has spent half of her life living in the UK and has an extensive worldwide network. She is the recipient of a British Independent Film Award and holds an M.B.A. from Cass Business School, London.

Ms. Ruth is responsible for creating and implementing the communications strategy for the company and she oversees global business operations. She served as VP of Operations at Vendian Entertainment and worked in the Office of the CEO at Worldview Entertainment, where she gained extensive experience structuring the financing for motion picture transactions. Ms. Ruth co-produced the box office success “Hacksaw Ridge.” She holds a B.A. in English from Tulane University and serves on the Board of Trustees at Aspen Film.

Ms. Baldekova is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and implementing global business development initiatives. She has 10 over years experience consulting for family offices and high-net-worth individuals and previously worked in management consulting and strategy at Deloitte and KPMG. Ms. Baldekova performed her undergraduate studies at Boston University.

Mr. Mari is responsible for coordinating global marketing and public relations. He has extensive experience working on successful blockchain projects including SingularityNET, a decentralized Artificial Intelligence platform, and TaTaTu, a social entertainment platform, which raised $575 million in private capital. Prior to this, Mr. Mari was a contributor to some of the most prominent international technology publications such as TechCrunch, Wired Italy, Business Insider and The Guardian.
Mr. Corwin was previously CEO at Imagine Entertainment, Co-Chairman and CEO at Endemol Shine North America and Co-Founder and CEO at Original Media. He has produced numerous acclaimed feature films and overseen the development of some of the U.S.'s most successful TV series and is widely considered an innovator for his creation of subculture specific docu-series such as “Miami Ink” and its popular spinoffs, as well as the breakout successes “Swamp People” and “Storm Chasers.”
Mr. Elwes is one of Hollywood’s leading independent film producers and the former Co-Head of William Morris Independent, where he arranged financing and distribution for over 250 films including hits such as “Monster’s Ball” and “Slingblade.” Since his departure in 2009, Mr. Elwes has produced or executive produced over 60 films, including “Mudbound,” “The Butler” and “Dallas Buyers Club.”
Mr. Zeko was Vice Chairman, Global Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is a visionary financial executive, market strategist and business development leader with proven record of helping global TMT clients build great companies and deliver profitable growth through landmark M&A, turnaround and growth initiatives.
Mr. Luna-Ostaseski is a General Partner at Upshift Capital, where he has advised and invested in over 30 Silicon Valley startups in the last three years including Lendinghome, Surfair, Thumbtack and Uber. He co-founded the home improvement marketplace Modernize.com, where he was responsible for building the GTM strategy, from developing strategic partnerships and various sales channels to scaling the sales organization.
Mr. Oliver is an award-winning digital creative, strategist and investor with 25 years of media experience. He is the Global Chief Creative Officer at Unlockd, a revolutionary platform that rewards partners, advertisers and consumers for time spent on mobile devices. Mr. Oliver was previously the Global CCO at AOL and he spent 10 years as the Head of Innovation at Microsoft.
Ms. Selig is an entrepreneur and executive with a 20-year track record of global impact in the media, real estate and start-up communities. She has executive produced over 20 feature films including the box office successes “Hacksaw Ridge” and “Lone Survivor.” Ms. Selig is an active crypto investor and advisor to blockchain-based companies including Lottery.com and WAX.
Mr. Segal is an experienced strategist and operations leader with over 17 years of experience building and scaling companies in Silicon Valley. He spent 7 years at Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA) overseeing the development of games like “Farmville,” “Cityville” and “Words with Friends” that have delivered billions in revenue and delighted more than 300 million players around the world. Prior to Zynga, Mr. Segal served as the CFO of Vindicia (sold to Amdocs), and COO of Emusic.com (Nasdaq: EMUS, sold to Vivendi Universal).
Mr. Walker is a serial entrepreneur and the co-founder of DNA, one of the world’s premiere crypto venture funds. He has invested in numerous early-stage crowdsales including Ethereum, EOS, Storj, CVC, Blockv, Funfair and dozens of others. Mr. Walker is one of the most knowledgeable and connected crypto investors in the sector.

He is a seasoned executive with deep experiences in both an entrepreneurial capacity as well as in a variety of leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Hussain's career spans across a number of industries such as financial Services, technology, life sciences and distribution, where he has served as Director, CRO, CSO and CIO. He has also launched multiple ventures that have included successful exits.

Mr. Gunin is a finance and investment professional with more than 20 years of experience in the retail, telecommunications and fintech sectors. Prior to joining BANKEX, he spent two years successfully developing and working with a number of start-ups and fintech companies. Mr. Gunin also spent six years as Chief Financial Officer at Svyaznoy, Russia’s largest mobile phone retailer, and 5 years at Rolf, the largest car distributor and retailer. He started his career in 1996 at PricewaterhouseCoopers. During the last 10 years, Mr. Gunin has been featured several times in the business rating of top 1,000 managers in Russia. He has a degree in economics and finance and holds M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
